From the digital shopping experience to the disruption of global supply chains to a never-ending pandemic, there is one thing retailers can count on: People will always shop.
Whether you like it or hate it, everyday items need to be purchased.
Some people—including your sweetheart—have always considered shopping to be an enjoyable activity. Part art, part sport, and I found that Marilyn Monroe said it best: “Happiness is not about money, it’s about shopping.”

In-store shopping has advantages that e-commerce cannot possibly have.
For example, you get the joy of instant gratification (and the glam feel of a Sephora bag) and support from the store staff. Consumers are also less likely to have trouble returning products, as products can be seen, tested and tried on before purchasing.

Yes. Shpping is an experience engages all of your senses. Although E-commerce rises fast during pandemic, we can’t not say people don’t need in-store shopping anymore.
